It is said that trust, credibility, and reputation are built over a long time, but can be lost very easily. It is surprising that even in our modern, hypersensitive, 24/7 global world companies would do silly things.
I’m sure the below advert was meant in a positive light. It seems to be very much an offering of one of my banks to provide me with a cool new service, or features to make my existing cool new tool function even better. But, honestly: if my bank thinks 2012 is going to be the year of the flip-phone, I ought to think of buying a new mattress within which to start stashing my cash.
Now if they can just provide me the same type of service for my carphone, I’ll be set for life.
